These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ok500. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on our platform. By accessing ok500 you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

ok500 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register an account and place wagers. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold exactly one ok500 account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of another person, or accounts used to circumvent a suspended account will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
All promotional bonuses at ok500 are subject to wagering requirements before funds become withdrawable. Requirements vary by promotion and are disclosed in full at the point of opt-in. Misuse of bonuses results in forfeiture.
ok500 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) as part of the KYC process.
All deposits and withdrawals at ok500 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are detailed in Clause 5.
ok500 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools to all players at no charge. Use of these tools does not affect your ability to enjoy the platform within the limits you set.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ok500 platform, including the website at ok500.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, and any related services operated under the ok500 brand. By creating an account or placing a wager, you accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the ok500 platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless context clearly requires otherwise.
Access to the ok500 Platform and the ability to place wagers is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Warning: Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or residency during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ok500 reserves the right to permanently close the Account, forfeit all associated funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.
To access the full functionality of the ok500 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. ok500 reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
During registration you are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP or passport), your date of birth, a valid and unique email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Changes to your personal details must be reported to ok500 support immediately. ok500 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
ok500 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time ok500 deems appropriate:
ok500 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Accounts pending KYC verification may have certain functionality restricted until verification is complete.
ok500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of this Agreement have been breached, or where closure is required by applicable regulation or a competent authority. Players wishing to close their own Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ok500 strongly recommends that you:
ok500 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ok500 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Note: All activity conducted through your Account credentials will be treated as authorised by you. ok500 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that ok500 has acted in good faith in processing such activity.
All financial transactions on the ok500 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ok500 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of ok500.
ok500 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga for bank transfers; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions.
If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, ok500 may classify the Account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by Player login.
ok500 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
ok500 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, coordinated bonus clearing across multiple accounts, and misrepresentation of personal information to claim multiple bonuses. Where abuse is identified, ok500 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to permanently close the Account.
Note: ok500 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any time. Current promotional offers are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. No promotional offer constitutes a binding commitment by ok500 to continue that offer indefinitely.
All wagers placed on the ok500 sportsbook, live casino, and other game verticals are governed by the specific game or sport rules displayed on the Platform, in addition to the general betting conditions below.
Live casino tables at ok500 are operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live under their respective international gaming licences. Disputes regarding live casino outcomes are governed by the applicable studio's certified game rules, a copy of which is available from the studio's official documentation on request.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok500 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the ok500 Platform — including but not limited to the ok500 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok500 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:
Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal proceedings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok500's total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Note: Nothing in this clause limits ok500's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ok500's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.
ok500 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at ok500.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.
In summary, ok500 processes your personal data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and improving the Platform experience. Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated service providers (payment processors, identity verification agencies, game studios) under strict data processing agreements, and with competent authorities where required by law.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].
ok500 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting [email protected].
ok500 maintains a version history of these Terms. If you require a copy of a previous version, please contact our support team with the date of the version required.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok500 is incorporated, as disclosed to Players upon request.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact ok500 support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. ok500 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 30 business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it, deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be waived by contract.
